Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jefferson,

It would be recommended that the VHF radio be brought to or sent to:

MARINE EXPRESS COM. IMP.EXP
AVENIDA DOUTOR CHUCRI ZAIDAN, 1550 – CJ 1403 - VILA CORDEIRO
SAO PAULO, SAO PAULO 04583-110

to permit them to attempt correction of the problem. Unfortunately, should they not be able to do so, then the VHF radio would need to be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.

As a side question, where was the VHF radio purchased?
