RE: [CA11] Connecting multiple Axiom MFDs
Dave,

The diagram which you have provided is incorrect in the following ways:
- the diagram indicates that the Axiom MFDs feature up to two Ethernet (RayNet) Network sockets ... unlike Axiom Pro MFDs which have two Ethernet Network sockets, Axiom MFDs feature a single Ethernet Network socket. In short, your MFDs alone do not have a sufficient number of Ethernet Network sockets to interface them to one another and to the radome.
- The MFD's power cable features a SeaTalkng/NMEA 2000 leg, not a RayNet leg.
- as shown, the Axiom MFDs will be unable to share resources (ex. radar, cartography, fishfinder, etc.) with one another.
- the cable labeled RayNet - STng should be labeled DeviceNet to SeaTalkng
- the five port block to which the RS125 has been interfaced should be labeled SeaTalk to SeaTalkng Converter.

The diagram should include a HS5 RayNet Network Switch to which each Axiom MFD and the Digital Radar Cable / Quantum Data Cable should be connected.
