Q1. I do have the latest NOAA Vector-East Coast USA (3/31/2019). Is that different from NC2? Again from the web page: "Launching alongside LightHouse 3.9 Annapolis are Raymarine’s second generation LightHouse NC2 vector charts for North America."
A1. LightHouse NC2 charts are indeed a new product offered by Raymarine. Unlike other LightHouse charts, LightHouse NC2 charts feature Tide and Current Data.

Q2. So it isn't clear to me if I have NC2 or not, where to acquire NC2, and if there is a cost associated for it. Or if my issues is something entirely different.
