Upgrading to newer boxes

All,

I'm looking at trawlers in the 40ft range, about 10 to 15 years old and the bulk of them have the old and tired C80 products.

I would want to upgrade the whole radio package and wonder if there are others that have done the same and what products you ended up with and are happy with.

What the following:
Good autopilot, with compass input
Good 10 to 12 in GPS map, with depth, touch screen, with input from IPad for downloading routes.
Forward facing sonar
AIS send and receive
Radar, with option of overlay on map.
VHF with dsc.

Would you integrate some products that were not Raymarine, like the forward sonar (don't think Ray has this)?

Thoughts?
