HD Digital open array not rotating

Given the symptoms reported within a system having fully charged batteries and while still connected to shore power, it appears that circuitry within the radar core responsible to detection of antenna rotation has failed. It is recommended that the radar core be removed from the radar pedestal and that it then be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
