E-120 Version 5.69 Interface to AIS 650

Rick,

Q1. I continuously get a system alarm "Lost AIS Connection". The system alarms every 20 seconds...then is silent for hours.
A1. Please indicate whether the system has been interfaced to more than one source of GPS data. Please additionally attach a system diagram identifying the makes and models of each of the marine electronics devices within the system (including computers / tablets running navigational planning / chartplotting applications) may be to this thread for further analysis. The diagram should additionally identify how these devices have been interfaced to one another.

Q2. On the E-120, in the icon box. I now have the AIS "green barb" with a red X....under the barb it say AIS. Cannot find any reference to this icon.
A2. Please take a photo of the MFD's screen showing the referenced AIS status for clarification of the reported issue.
