[CA] WHICH RADAR UNIT IS RECOMMENDED?

HI, can you please give us an idea of what radar you reccommend to use for this new system set up:
We want to install new:
1- es-78 - at flybridge
1-es-98 in lower station
1- thru hull downvision transducer
1- analog video cam - speco cam
1- night vision cam- raymarine

we want to ADD new raymarine radar.... typical bay boating, never really offshore, shallow water operation, and many times in fog. boat is used 365 days/yr.
also- can you give us a list of the necessary cables to connect all material listed above, and the proposed new radar as well.
assume that the distance between lower and upper helm is only 15 ft.
distance from lower station to the proposed thru hull transducer is 20 ft.
