What model MFD is installed onboard the vessel? Has the transducer been directly interfaced to the transducer socket of the MFD or to a fishfinder sonar module? If interfaced to a fishfinder sonar module, then please state the model of fishfinder sonar module which it has been interfaced to. How thick is the hull of the vessel? What was the chart depth area when the problem occurred? Please additionally specify whether the problem occurred while the vessel was operating at speed, was trolling, or was drifting/anchored.
