Hello,
What version of software are you running in your system? We know that there were problems with LH3 intermittently failing to read Navionics chart data but they should have been resolved in latest LH v3.5.40 software, released last month. You can see your current software version and check for an update online (through marina wifi or a portable hotspot) through Home > Settings. If it is already 3.5, please let us know, but as it is, I think updating to 3.5 will probably solve the problem. Regards, Tom Raymarine since 1999.
