[TG11] A65 Battery alarm

Hey, need some help. recently purchased a new boat with a RM A65 with DSM25. Everything works perfect other than the unit keeps alarming saying battery low alarm. Managed to get Battery readout on screen and its bouncing from 12.6 down to 9.5 volts.
I have checked both my batteries and they are fine. also had a multimeter on power supply to unit which remains steady at 12.4 volts. also done a factory reset. Still have the alarm.

Any help would be appreciated.
