[CA11] Electronic Upgrades for our Manta 40 Catamaran

Hi,
We are looking at upgrading our electronics on our 40 foot Manta Sailing Catamaran.
I've attached a diagram of two proposed versions (VER A and VER B) as well as a diagram of the existing system.

I would appreciate comments on both systems, any advice, anything we may be missing or should consider, and specifically thoughts on the port hull depth sensor option P79s (and other options to consider and pros/cons).
