[CA] CP200 transducer
Just bought a CP200 side view and wondered if the rv 300 thru hull or some other type of thru hull that would work that's a thru hull instead of the cpt 200 transom mount transducer.

RE: [CA] CP200 transducer
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Nate,
Unfortunately, the CP200 is exclusively compatible with the CPT-200 Transducer. If seeking a system with a thru-hull transducer supporting SideVision, it would be necessary to install and Axiom RV MFD or an Axiom Pro RVX MFD onboard. Theses MFDs may in turn be interfaced to an RV-2xx or RV-3xx thru-hull RealVision transducer. |

RE: [CA] CP200 transducer
Ok thank you for the information. I will be using the cpt 200 transducer for mainly wreck fishing in 20'-180' of water off the Eastern shore of Virginia in the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake bay waters. At what depth do you recommend that I change the cpt 200 transducer from shallow angle to deep angle on the transducer bars with the Allen screws? Knowing this will allow me to set it up before leaving if I know I am going to mainly fish more shallow wrecks or deeper wrecks.

RE: [CA] CP200 transducer
Nate,
I believe that you will find that the default (middle position) will work quite well for your stated application. |
