[CA11] A98 MFD Touchscreen issues in parts of screen
Suddenly the outside left and right 1 to 1.5" of screen is no longer responding to touch. We therefore cannot access the menu to pair a remote. Is there any other way to access the settings so we can pair a remote and/or use the MFD? Unfortunately we are located in Mexico and not able to send the unit in for assessment.

Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum svbloom,

It is recommended that you try a Power On Reset ... the last option to address the reported symptom.

Unfortunately, should the MFD's menus continue to not be accessible via its touchscreen and should the remote keyboard have not yet been paired, then nothing more can be done in the field to regain use of the MFD. This failure of the MFD's touchscreen will unfortunately require that the MFD be replaced or that it be sent to the Repair Center to be serviced.
