AIS 700 data to VHF transceiver
What data is transferred from AIS 700 and does it support latitude and longitude that can be used on VHF Transceivers

RE: AIS 700 data to VHF transceiver
Hello Grayson,

Raymarine AIS transceivers don't output position data by default. It is possible to enable output via NMEA0183 in the ProAIS2 software but we recommend not doing so, in part because this GPS source doesn't take part in our 'multiple data source selection' process. We would always recommend using a dedicated navigational GPS receiver.

Regards,
Tom
