RE: [CA11] Axiom pro installation verification
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum belego,

Q1. Please review my intended installation. Components: axiom pro 9 rvx; axiom 7; Quantum Doppler radar; rv-100 transducer; b765 lh transducer; rs 150 gps.
Axiom pro rvx connection as follows:
A1a. Axiom 7- direct connection via RayNet to RayNet cable : correct ... the MFDs may be networked to one another via an an appropriate length of RayNet (F) to RayNet (F) Cable.

A1b. Quantum radar-direct connection ... correct. One of the MFDs may be paired Wi-Fi to the Quantum radome (the other MFD will share radar features with the MFD which has been pair with the Quantum radome). Alternatively, the Quantum radome may be interfaced to the remaining Ethernet (RayNet) socket of the Axiom Pro MFD via a Digital Radar Cable and a A80308 Quantum Adapter Cable

A1c. Rv-100- direct connection ... to Axiom Pro RVX MFD ... correct

A1d. B765lH-direct connection ... to Axiom Pro RVX MFD ... correct

A1d. RS150- devicenet cable from axiom pro to stng 5 way connector, spur cable from connector to rs-150 ... close to correct. A simple powered and properly terminated SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone will need to be created. The Raystar 150 GPS Sensor's cable will be plugged into one of the backbone's spur sockets. Any one the following adapters may be used to interface the Axiom Pro MFD as a spur to a backbone which has been constucted from SeaTalkng networking components:
- A06045 / 15.7in (0.4m) SeaTalkng Spur to DeviceNet (F)
- A06075 / 39.4in (1.0m) SeaTalkng Spur to DeviceNet (F)
- A06082 DeviceNet (F) to SeaTalkng (M) Adapter and an appropriate length of SeaTalkng Spur Cable

RE: [CA11] Axiom pro installation verification
Thank you very much Chuck. I purchased a stng starter kit, and the A6075 adapter cable came with the axiom pro. Your timely reply response, and verification has empowered me to move forward with this install. Much appreciated. Mike
