I am unable to use the Dock to Dock Autorouting feature

Please note that the Navionics Dock to Dock Autorouting feature requires that:
- the a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD be updated with v17.45 or later a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD software. It was later determined that v17.45 had a defect which would sometimes not detect that a Navionics chart card satisfying the requirements below was present within the memory card reader of a MFD within the system. This problem was later corrected within the v19.03 software update for the a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD. Should the MFD not yet have been updated with v19.03 software, then the MFD's software should be updated before proceeding.
- a Navionics+, Platinum Plus, or HotMaps Platinum chart card be present within the MFD's memory card reader or within the reader of a compatible networked MFD which has been switched ON and has completed initialization
- If using a Navionics+ Chart card, it has contents have been updated to include Navionics Sonar Charts for the waters to be navigated
- the Navionics+, Platinum Plus, or HotMaps Platinum chart card must have an active Freshest Data Updates subscription and that the most recent Freshest Data update of the chart card's contents (to include updates to both Nautical Charts and Sonar Charts) occurred no more than 365 days ago.
- within the Chart application page/pane in which the Dock to Dock Autorouting feature will be executed, the Chart Selection configuration setting must be configured to Navionics Nautical Charts.
- the Dock to Dock Autorouting Build Route setting (MENU->NAVIGATE->BUILD ROUTE->DOCK TO DOCK AUTOROUTING) must be configured ON.

Raymarine has received some reports that the Dock to Dock Autorouting option is not listed within the Chart application's Build Route menu after having satisfied the criteria listed above. Raymarine is presently working with Navionics to seek a software solution to the reported issue. In the interim, should this problem be encountered, then it is recommended that the following workaround be employed:
chart card feature Navionics Raymarine is presently working with Navionics to seek a software solution to the reported issue. Should this problem be encountered, then is it recommended that
1) the command sequence HOME->MY DATA->EJECT CARD be used to eject the chart card,
2) the chart card be manually ejected when prompted that it is safe to do so.
Note: the chart card need not be fully removed from the MFD's memory card reader. The chart card need only be released from the MFD's memory card reader's locking mechanism by pressing inward on the edge of the card, causing the card to extend from the reader.
3) the chart card be manually inserted into the MFD's memory card reader slot and lock into position within the reader by pressing inward an the edge of the chart card.
