Fusion radios connected to e95
I have a system that has 2 e95 networked with ethernet, S2G autopilot, 650AIS, Ray240 VHF,and several instruments i70, ST60+, ST7000+ connected with seatalkng and Seatalk. I am looking at adding the Fusion radio. Does Raymarine recommend using the ethernet connection for the Fusion Link? I am looking at the Fusion MS-UD750, MS-UD650, MS-AV650 units. Is there a list that identifies the various fusion radios that have been tested with your products?

Thanks
George

RE: Fusion radios connected to e95
At the time of this response (a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD v15.59), Fusion stereo head units which had been interfaced via Ethernet to the a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs performed best. We have identified problems with the iPod features of Fusion stereo head units which have been interfaced via NMEA 2000 to a an a/c/e/e/eS/gS-Series MFD ... more detailed information may be found here. All testing to date has been performed with the 700 Series Fusion stereo head units. The Fusion 700 and 750 Series stereo head units feature both Ethernet and NMEA 2000 communications interfaces.

Thank you for the information. We will go forward with the 700 or 750 series using the Ethernet connection.
