Problems with product registration

As part of Raymarine’s commitment to continuous improvement and improved customer service and support, we have recently moved to a new warranty registration portal. This new function allows Raymarine customers to easily register their Raymarine products and for eligible products receive a free 3rd year warranty. All products registered on our previous system, that are still within their warranty period, have been migrated to the new platform.

There are some changes to the registration process, where end users no longer have to register for an individual login. We are reviewing whether this functionality should be added to the new portal allowing greater visibility of your products warranty status.

You can register any new Raymarine products you purchase through the link below. This can also be accessed from our website under the Support -> Product Registration tab.

If you would like Raymarine to confirm that we have your products on our system, we would be more than happy to do this for you. Please provide us with the product number and serial number for each item and we will be able to confirm the warranty status and end date.
