E120 issue

E120 issue
I have a couple issues that need some technical advice. I recently update E120 software to v5.69 and afterwards every time I start up my screen stays white shuts off if I leave my navionics platinum card in. If I take my card out it starts up properly then I just insert my navionics card back in. Is this normal??

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum dhong24,

The reported problem may be indicative of a issue with the MFD's memory card reader and/or with the chart card. You may want to consider testing the MFD with another chart card and/or after updating your chart card's contents. If using a Platinum Plus chart card, then please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Should these recommendations have been followed and should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
