Electronics Upgrade

Hi, I have a customer with a 48' Endervour Power Cat that he cruises from Bremuda to Bahamas. I am upgrading the electronics for him and I would like your specific recommendations on what needs to be upgraded to improve the user experience. Here is a list of the installed equipment.

I am sure that the display interface will be the most important change, so I need to know what you would recommend to get the best user experience, without completely replacing everything if possible. This would be a tremendous help, so I will know what I am looking for when I go to the dealer. Please provide the model numbers, etc. of your suggestions.
