[CA11] Dragonfly 4 pro Maps issue
I have been having issues with my dragonfly 4 pro maps being blocky and unreadable. is this normal? demo mode looks 100% different then in action. I perchanced navionics cards and the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Troubleshooting taken
reset to factory
updated
repeated
bought new navi cards
all the same.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum TConner24w,

The symptoms described is not normal for an operational properly configured (OK->CHART SETTINGS->CHART SELECTION->NAVIONICS NAUTICAL CHARTS) Dragonfly display having a Navionics chart card having cartography for the geographic area being viewed within its reader reader. As the Dragonfly display has been tested with two Navionics chart cards, should you have addressed the items stated above and the should the symptoms persist, then it would be recommended that the display be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
