Cannot change gain mode on my c 80 radar

Please excuse this late response. It is recommended that the vessel be connected to shore power, that its batteries be permitted to reach a fully charged state, and that while still connected to shore power that you attempt to duplicate the problem. Should you be able to do so, then it would be recommended that any waypoint, route, and track data stored within the system be archived to a compatible CF memory card, and that a Factory Reset operation then be performed to address the reported issue. Should the problem persist thereafter then it would appear that the radar transducer has suffered a failure.
