[CA11] ES127 Not reading CP470 W/ B175M
Needing help, Recently added a CP470 and an Airmar B175m to an ES127 that works fine with built in sonar connected to B744l transducer.
Since the upgrade the mfd. list the cp470 but will not display any data on the screen. Tried a mfd master reset but still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

RE: [CA11] ES127 Not reading CP470 W/ B175M
Weedlines,

While not exactly what had been requested, the information provided will suffice. When using a single B175L, B175M, or B175H transducer with a CP470/570, the transducer's cable should not be directly mated to the CP470/570's Transducer socket. Instead, it is necessary to install the Single Operation Cable (A80328) between the transducer's cable and the CP470/570. Accordingly, it would be recommended that the identification label attached to the cable which is directly connected to the CP470 be inspected to ensure that this part number is printed on the label. If not, then the A80328 Single Operation Cable will need to be purchased and installed as specified above. Should this be the case, then what sonar channel options are listed within the Fishfinder application menu (MENU->CHANNEL)?

RE: [CA11] ES127 Not reading CP470 W/ B175M
Weedlines,

When you select the Auto, Medium, or 100kHz Sonar Channel from the CP470 list shown within your screen snapshot, then sonar from the CP470 should begin to plot within the Fishfinder application page being viewed. Please attempt this an then indicate your findings.

Chuck
All options under CP470 leave a blank blue screen that is not scrolling or showing any info.

RE: [CA11] ES127 Not reading CP470 W/ B175M
Weedlines,

Should the MFD be operating with LighthHouse II v19.03 or LightHouse 3 software, and should the vessel be located in the water, and should the depth of the water beneath the transducer be greater than 3', and should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the currently installed transducer be tested by a Certified Raymarine Installer who having a CHIRP transducer tester in his kit. If no fault is found with the transducer or should a Certified Raymarine installer be unable to perform this service, then the CP470 and Adapter Cable may be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
