[CA11] A75 Screen Freezes
After about 30 minutes the touch screen stops responding to touching. Can this be a low voltage issue? Thank you.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum WWMS,

A low voltage condition may indeed manifest itself in the manner. The reported symptom may also be indicative of a failure within the MFD's circuitry. This problem may be fault isolated by connecting the vessel to shore power, permitting the batteries to attain a fully charged state, afterwards and while still connected to shore power, then MFD should then be tested. Alternatively, the MFD may be connected to a 12VDC power supply to facilitate such testing. Should the problem persist when so tested, then it would be recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
