RE: [CA11] Adding WiFi to E120 classic
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Wdeertz,

Q1. Does Raymarine offer a device that will allow me to output all my critical data to WiFi? Or is there an alternative 3rd party solution?
A1. Unfortunately, Raymarine does not offer NMEA 2000 to Wi-Fi or NMEA 2000 to Wi-Fi accessories. However, such accessories are available from third party manufacturers such as Digital Yacht, NMEA Tools, Brookouse, Yacht Devices, VYACHT,etc.

Q2. I’ve found a device YWDG-02 that supposedly outputs NMEA 2000 to WiFi but not sure if I connect this to the MFD NMEA 2000 port it will work.
A2. In such applications,
- the E-Series Classic MFDs must be operating with v5.69 E-Series Classic MFD software, and
- the Data Master MFD and NMEA 2000 device(s) must each be interfaced as a spur to a powered and properly terminated SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone. Only the Data Master MFD will communicate with the system's SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone. Raymarine offers the A06061 E-Series Classic MFD to SeaTalkng Spur Cable.
