JT101,

Given that you have all of the required items (RayMic, cable, and Ray55), the reported issue may be rooted in any one of these items. It would be recommended that you first unplug the cable from the Ray55 and inspect its plug for bent or broken pins. If any pins are found to be bent/broken, then the Ray55 should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. If sending in the Ray55, it is recommended that the RayMic accompany the Ray55 to permit them to be tested together. If no pins are found to be bent/broken, then the RayMic should be sent to aymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
