[LW] [LW11] es128, Lighthouse III crash

[LW11] es128, Lighthouse III crash
My es128 wouldn’t start anymore!

I did upgrade with ray_mfd_AtomCartographyRX5v1_22.upgrade.iso and then raymarine_atom-3.9.46.upgrade.iso

Now the es128 just shows the logo and then dies, can I reset the device somehow?

I plan to go sailing the coming weekend and now I don’t have a chart plotter :(

Dear tomashermansson,

Thank you for your query.

Please try a power on reset to see if this resolves the issue.
c, e, eS Series Power on Reset
Turn the unit off
Press and hold the Back Button
Keeping the Back Button pressed in turn the unit on
After the Splash screen you should see a Dark screen, Press the WPT Button (Waypoint) which is the option for Factory Reset
After confirmation n that FLOB has been dumped, Press Exit and then restart the unit

If this fails to resolve the issue, the unit may have a hardware fault. I would recommend contacting Raymarine in Sweden to see if they can help get the unit repaired locally, their email address is support.se@flir.com
