[TG11] Thermal Camera Home Position
I can not get a T300 camera to take up a home position looking dead ahead. The unit persists in returning to a home position 45 deg to starboard. I have tried the procedure given in the operations manual without success ie with the camera in the desired home position press and hold the Home button.
Can you assist please?

RE: [TG11] Thermal Camera Home Position
Hello Ken,

Sorry you've not had a reply before. In case you've not already got an answer, e.g. by calling us:

This position 45deg starboard is the place the camera moves to when Home is pressed momentarily?
Does the Home indicator show on the on-screen display when you press Home momentarily, and does it appear and flash when you press-hold?
Does the camera direction indicator bottom-left display the correct orientation?
Do you have a multifunction display (chartplotter) connected to the camera, and if so, what type is it?

Regards,
Tom
