[CA11] RV-212 Transducers
I am going to be installing RV-212 transducers in my 1992 Bayliner 3288. It has a 6 degree deadrise and a keel that is about 6 to 8 inches deep and 2 inches wide. How close can the transducers be to the keel. I'm installing with an Axiom RV NAG.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Robert,

While you should be alright if the transducers were installed 12" from the keel, we would feel a bit more comfortable in recommending that the transducers be installed 18" from the keel.

Thanks, that helps a lot. Now I know where to look between stringers on the inside and trailer bunks on the outside.
