As noted above, my Raystar 125 is interfaced with the E 120 Classic Data Master via its' nmea 0183 port. Is it also necessary to feed the Raystar 125 output to the nmea input on the ST5000+? Is the ST5000 networked to your E-classic over seatalk 1? The GPS only requires connecting to the E-classic, not to both the E-classic and the ST5000. As long as the ST5000 is networked to the E-classic, the E-classic will send the GPS data out over the network. Many Thanks Louise |
