RE: CP470 and Airmar TM265LH
mburazor,
The suggested combination of B265LM and B175H CHIRP transducers is not recommended and is supported by the CP470 and CP570. Transducers like the A80050 B175H were originally designed to be installed in pairs (ex. B175H & B175M, B175H & B175L, etc.) using the Paired CHIRP Transducer Y-Cable (A102146) or when installed alone with a single transducer using the Single Operation Cable (A80328). The CP470 and CP570 are designed to sense the IDs of two interfaced transducers. Installation of the two transducers which you have specified would present the CP470 or CP570 with three sense IDs and a sense resistance not conforming to any supported transducers which have been designed to be installed as pairs. |
