RE: Axiom/ RealVision
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum srich,

It is recommended that the transducer cable and extension be inspected for signs of damage, that it be verified that a Y-Cable has not been installed unless an additional transducer has been interfaced to the system, and that all connectors be decoupled and re-coupled. It is further recommended that you verify that the Axiom MFD has been updated with the latest available Raymarine product software updates. Should these items have been addressed and the problem persists, then there would appear to be a problem with either the MFD, the transducer cable assembly, or the transducer itself. The installing dealer may fault isolate the problem by testing the MFD within another RV transducer. Alternatively, the MFD may be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
