Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jack,

The pin which you have referred to is indeed the R58165 Coaxial Tube Assembly. It is generally recommended that customers not attempt to install this part themselves, as failure to install it correctly may damage other components within the core assmbly. Accordingly, it is recommended that the pedestal be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be serviced.
