Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Frank,
Based upon the symptoms reported, it would appear that the MFD has suffered a failure of its keypad PCB. It is accordingly recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
