I have a similar issue. Axiom 9 with a RV 100 mounted on the Starboard side of the stern.
At anything less than 100 feet I can usually pick up the ball. Beyond 100 ft I loose tracking. The cone angle of the RV 100 must be narrow. I just upgraded this year from a C70 with a DSM 300 50/200 mghz. Performance of the old system was much better depending on which setting and depth. |
