Switch panel not attached on E125
I just received a factory refurbished e125 two days ago. Pulled it out of the box and the piece containing all the buttons on the right side of the display is not attached. There seem to be some (not a lot) of plastic tabs that lock it in place but my efforts to snap it back in place have been in vain.

Can you give me some pointers or does it have to go back on an rma?

RE: Switch panel not attached on E125
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum HemiGTX,

Reset easy, as there's nothing wrong with your key mats. The key mats of the c/e-Series MFDs are designed to be held in place by the MFD's trim ring. When installing the key may, the tabs on the key mat's left side are designed to fit into a groove within the left side of the black ring surrounding the MFD's screen. After properly positioning the key mat, the MFD's trim ring will then be rotated into the correct orientation (recess for microSD memory card reader in the lower right hand corner), and then be snapped into place.
