[LW11] eS97 MFD keeps returning to home page - SRG - 07-06-19 11:24 AM eS97 MFD purchased in June 2016 keeps returning to home page without touching any controls. The eS97 MFD is display a chart when without any interaction it returns to the home page. When it does this the feedback noise that accompanies most operations is also heard. We checked to see if the home button was stuck in the depressed position, but did not appear to be. Home button still works. Temperature outside was sunny and about 80F degrees. If you pick the chartplotter again, the unsolicted action typically takes place within a minute or two. Very annoying! There is an audible beep just as if someone were selecting "Home". This occurred while motoring so it wouldn't appear to be a voltage drop. The first time, it occurred after an hour of motoring and the second time after 5 hours of sailing and about 10 minutes after turning the motor on. We have not updated the Lighthouse software since we purchased, so it isn't related to an update (we will be updating the software shortly, once we figure this issue out). What was the resolution to SRG's issue? Thanks! Please update your software first and if you are still experiencing this issue you need to send your eS97 to our service department for further investigation.
