Strange radar return

12k pedestal with a 6 foot array. All setting in unit set back to factory. Still getting this odd return. Any ideas? Thanks

Given the symptom shown, their appears to be a failure within the pedestal core's circuitry. It is correspondingly recommended that the power circuity supplying the pedestal be switched OFF, that the pedestal be opened, that the pedestal core be removed from the pedestal, and that it be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be service.
