Wheel Drive Power Cord

The Wheel drive power cord for my EV-100 system comes with a blue wire and orange wire with two connectors. These connectors do not mate with the ACU-100 unit.
1) Will it void my warranty if I cut off these connectors and insert the bare ends into the ACU-100?
2) Which one is the positive wire, the blue or orange?

No that would not void any warranty on the product.

There isn't a positive and negative uses polarity. So, hook Blue to Motor A and Orange to Motor B. At dockside testing you will check polarity, if they are opposite you would just switch at the ACU.
