nTag not found error when import dialog browses to Navionics card sub-folder -- Voyage Planner

Voyage Planner is basically a stripped down version of Fugawi Marine 5 software which has been tailored by Fugawi's developers to support offline waypoint and route planning for Raymarine MFDs.
