Error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to edit route properties -- Voyage Planner

Voyage Planner is basically a stripped down version of Fugawi Marine 5 software which has been tailored by Fugawi's developers to support offline waypoint and route planning for Raymarine MFDs.
