[CA] [CA11] can a big boat with Radar detects me if I have a quantum radar

Hi, a silly question - I know any big boat/tanker with a radar can detect my 17 feet fiberglass boat even when my boat is not equipped with AIS VHS radio system (portable or not).

But, can it see my tiny boat better when I have a Quantum Radar that transmits chirp sonar to detect other boats?

While passive radar systems may be available within military applications, installation of a radar transducer on one's own boat would have no effect upon another civilian vessel's ability to detect your presence.
