[CA11] CAM210ip Focus Problem.
CAM 210ip installed via HS5 network switch to a Axiom Pro 12 RVX with LH3 ver 3.10.42. The initial installation went fine producing a clean crisp image. Now after a few weeks of intermittent use, the image is out of focus. (lens is not dirty) A Forum and documentation search uncovered no references to focus adjustment. Attached file is image screen shot taken from the Axiom Pro. Please advise.

Unfortunately, the problem reported is not indicative of an issue with the camera's settings, but is instead indicative of a problem within the camera's components. It is accordingly recommended that the camera be returned to your dealer for replacement (if purchased within the last 30 days) or sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
