What is the way to know what is the angle we need when we choose a transducer?

Hello Jimmorock,

You can measure the hull deadrise angle with a clinometer (you should be able to get one from a hardware store for not very much) but nowadays most people would use a clinometer app in their smartphone. The Gemeco 'iNstall' app has one that's specifically aimed at measuring hull deadrise and is available for iOS and Android.
