Trouble with X30 computer
My St8001 has recently begun giving error codes "current limit" and "mot stall".
I removed the type1 liner drive and tested with seperate power source. Works in both directions. When I power the x30 on I have 13.26 v at power terminals. When I enable auto function I get 13.26v at the clutch terminals but no voltage at the drive motor terminals. With the drive disconnected results are identical but the st8001 still alarms the " current limit" or "mot stall". Any other troubleshooting recommended?

RE: Trouble with X30 computer
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Pcbeachbroker,

Based upon the symptoms reported, it appears that the X30 autopilot course computer's circuitry has suffered a failure necessitating that it be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
