Can the software update for the AIS650 be on the same SD card as the software update for the e127 that is connected to it?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Fred,

As the AIS650 software update files differ (in name and content) from those found within the a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD software update zip file, it indeed possible to have both files on the same microSD memory card (Note: the AIS650 features a SD card reader rather than a microSD card reader). That said, it is considered a best practice to use separate memory cards to perform software updates.
