[CA11] LH3 NC2 Charts - No Depth Info for British Columbia
I recently installed LH3 - NC2 Charts for North America (R70740 dated 5/8/2019) on my Axiom 12" Running 3.10.39. The new charts look great in US Waters here in Washington State but when I looked at areas in British Columbia Canada( specifically immediately adjacent to US - Washington State Waters near San Juan Islands) there is No depth information shown, No soundings listed, no rocks or navigation marks and no depth contours shown.

The Chart data literally ends at sharp edges of what looks like US standard charts. Advertising for this new product specifically claims to provide depth data in BC waters to Alaska. My Chart package says NC2 N America Lakes and Coast and specifically says it covers Coastal BC, Alaska and Hawaii.

I installed my charts directly in the internal MicroSD slot and did not use an external SD card slot. I also could not discover the fishing tips information on my Axiom display.
Any help would be appreciated

RE: [CA11] LH3 NC2 Charts - No Depth Info for British Columbia
Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum vacantid,

As you have suggested the LigthHouse NC2 Charts for North America do not include cartography for Canadian waters. Please accept our apologies for this error. Raymarine's Program Manager responsible for this project and Raymarine's marketing team have been notified of this error and will seek to correct the products advertising and packaging accordingly. Should these charts not meet your needs, then it would be recommended that the cart card be returned to your Raymarine dealer for a refund. Should any issues arise in doing so, then please contact Raymarine's warranty team at [email protected] or by phone at 603.324.7900 to seek a refund.
