Ray 240 passive speaker to Ray 260 unit

Hello,

I have a Ray 240 active speaker and I am currently updating the radio
to a Ray 260VHF radio.
I would like to use the Ray 240 active speaker with the new
Ray 260vhf.
Is this possible if I splice the 2 ends of the 260 to the old 240 cable.
Do you have the pin outs for both the 240 and 260?

The Ray260 has neither been designed, nor tested for use with the Ray240 passive speaker. It is correspondingly recommended that the Ray240 passive speaker be replaced with the Ray260 passive speaker.
