Can I use a fairing block on an RV-200 to avoid using the pair set up?

Thankyou for your enquiry.

The RV200 is not designed to be operated with a fairing block, this could place unnecessary strain on the housing and unpredictable results when underway, furthermore, no testing has been carried out on this configuration to assess performance and so Raymarine would discourage this applications and cannot accept any liability for issues with performance.
