No marine zone forecast available at vessel's location

This problem is commonly reported in conjunction with marine zone forecasts at the vessel's location (the default setting) when the vessel at that dock, marina, or mooring, Intercoastal Wateray, etc. ... locations which are actually outside of the nearshore marine zone. Accordingly, should no marine zone forecast be available at the vessel's location, then it is recommended that a forecast at cursor be commanded after positioning the cursor within a marine zone. Should no forecast be available at the cursor's position and SiriusXM signal strength reported within the Weather application's titlebar be HIGH, then it is recommended that customer's respond with:
- the vessel's GPS coordinates
